This is a space for men to come together in connection, reflection, and shared humanity.
Grief takes many forms: loss, change, longing, transition, and often goes unspoken. In this circle, we create a brotherhood to gently bring those experiences into the light, at your own pace.
Together, we will move through a simple, supportive arc that may include:
-guided grounding and somatic awareness
-optional sharing in pairs or as a group
-a collective grief ritual with witnessing
