You are invited to join us this spring for 4 week series exploring mythologies, archetypes and our grief journeys. Expect grounding, writing, movement and time to share and witness our grief experiences. Held virtually and led by Sascha & Laura.

What
Offered four Sundays at 1:00pm Pacific / 4:00pm Eastern on zoom, beginning March 23 (skipping April 6) and concluding on April 20, this series invites you to work with the Maiden, Mother, Crone archetypes and mythologies. We will use these archetypes to reflect on our grief journeys and how they may intersect with our deeply embedded ideas of womanhood. This series in an invitation to dive into how our experiences of joy, loss, or grief may fit within a larger archetypal context. We will work together to unpack these connection points to see where we may be able to loosen, where we are ready to let go and where we need more support.
What to expect at each session:
