What
This Body Mapping series offers a welcoming space to connect with ourselves and one another through the simplicity of movement, imagery, and storytelling, supporting healing and restoration. It is a guided somatic practice that invites us to notice and listen to our bodies with curiosity and care, honoring our personal experiences and emotions as part of a healing-creative process.
Grief shows up in our bodies in many ways—through self-abandonment, isolation, and disconnection. This creative healing process uses art-making to support reflection, transformation, and meaningful inner dialogue. Each session explores a different area of the body, offering multiple ways to participate and adapt the experience to individual needs.
Expect grounding breathwork, gentle guided movement, and drawing. All are welcome. No prior movement or art experience is needed; materials are provided. Please wear comfortable clothing.
