We offer this space for those who lean into helping to explore their helping identity, their hurt, and their needs. This is a space where people who spend much of their lives supporting and holding others can come together to look for pathways to deeper self-compassion and self-care.

Helping can be exhausting and carry its own hurts.
We are opening this space for those who lean into helping to explore their helping identity, their hurt, and their needs in community with other helpers.
This gathering combines short periods of guided journaling and structured group sharing interspersed with guided mindfulness practices to explore:
who we are as helpers - what skills, triumphs, habits, patterns, and injuries are folded into that aspect of our identity
where we have hurt - the longings, angers and injuries we carry
what we need - from the people around us, from the larger systems we live in, from ourselves
