What
This retreat is for our Collaborator Community and held with great care and tenderness by Kate & Sascha at Kaluna Farm.
As grief tenders with The Grief House, we want to take this opportunity to support you with presence, delicious food, a moment of peace and reflection and sharing, and nervous system support.
This retreat will provide you with the opportunity to both release, energetically and in our community, that which no longer serves, embrace that which does serve, and to regulate, integrating some calm and presence into your nervous system.
Our general flow for the day:
12pm Arrival & Farm to table Lunch provided by Kaluna Farm at the Farm Kitchen
1pm Head to the Wooden Yurt for opening circle with Sascha
