Flower Essence Drop In Sessions
In these times of big heartbreaks and unending loss, we can turn to the plants as guides and allies of how to move through as our fullest selves. Developed commercially by Dr. Edward Bach in the early 20th century, but known to indigenous peoples for millenia, flower essences work on our subtle, emotional body as we look for ways to change behavior, old patterns, or deal with big emotions (and more). They are friends in grief, loss, unknowing, curiosity, connection, being human in an ever shifting landscape. Flower essences can be taken internally or used in a myriad number of ways externally.
