What
This workshop is an invitation to slow down, turn toward grief with curiosity and care, and give language to what we carry.
We’ll begin by arriving together through a gentle grounding practice and establishing community agreements intended to support an emotionally spacious environment. Participants will then be invited to write a letter to something or someone they have lost. Loss is understood expansively here—it might be a person, relationship, place, home, identity, version of yourself, imagined future, or anything else you find yourself grieving. Optional writing stems will be available; no previous writing experience is necessary, and the intention is not to produce a polished piece of writing, but to make room for whatever words want to emerge.
After writing, participants will have the opportunity to share as much or as little as feels right. This could be the letter, an excerpt of it, a reflection on the experience, or…
