Not sure how to make sense of the dense tangle of emotions you may be experiencing at any given time? Have your feelings been building up and spilling out, perhaps even leaving a sticky mess?
Never fear - the Department of Emotional Sanitation is here to help. You will join a small group of fellow trainees in actively learning the Department's process. You'll suit up in your reflective safety vest, learn a trusted framework for sorting your emotions, and then have the chance to play with physically embodying fear, anger, sadness and joy through a guided experience that is set to music. You'll have a chance to dramatically trash - or thoughtfully compost - what you'd like to.
