Not sure how to make sense of the rainbow of emotions you may be feeling at any given time? Have your feelings been building up and spilling out, perhaps even leaving a sticky mess? Never fear - the Department of Emotional Sanitation is here to help.
This is a small group, physical experience, set to music. Is it lighthearted and playful? Yes. Will you shake loose real, deep things in a safe, supported way? Also yes.
This 30-minute experience is open to all. You will *not* be asked to share any words of your private grief with the group - but you *will* be asked to shake, stomp, growl, and howl your grief out with your body.
This experience takes folks through embodying the primary emotions of sadness, fear, anger & joy in equal measure, some “sorting” of emotions supported by a poster of a Wheel of Emotions, and allows…
