What
The purpose of this group is to engage with the journey of healing from the inherited trauma of yt supremacy.
In this group we will be working on recognizing and naming the racist ideology we've absorbed as white people living in a racist world, for the purpose of informing our healing journeys. How does this ideology disconnect us from our humanity and power? How can we learn to support each other and create new possibilities?
Some of the topics we will be discussing are:
What does it mean to have a white racial identity.
What does inherited trauma look like
What are the myths we've been taught about ourselves and the world that are invisible to us.
