Some things begin quietly — with a shared belief, a friendship, and the courage to tend to what most people look away from. The Death Care Collective is one of those things. On May 16th, we would be honored to have you join us to help tend its beginning.
Join us for a grazing picnic brunch — an intimate, unhurried morning of nourishment, conversation, and vision. Sascha Demerjian, PhD, MSW of The Grief House, Kelly Sklare — death doula, FNP, CNM — and Jamie Cooper — cancer doula and NBC-HWC of Future Perfect Integrative Wellness — will walk you through the roots of this work, the shape it is taking in Atlanta, and the community it hopes to grow.
