I’ve been reflecting on how important it has been to tell my grief story…to share the layers of emotion that have naturally unfolded over time. Early in my journey, it felt surprisingly helpful to share in the circle of grief groups with people who didn’t know me, but who understood loss.
This is part of why I’ve chosen to create a space to talk about grief…to be with the loss of a beloved person or pet, a job or identity, a belief or way of being. It’s a place to share stories, listen, and practice together.
