Compassionate Witnessing Grief Circle

Our Compassionate Witnessing Grief Circle will hold space for sharing, witnessing, and reflecting our grief. 

Perhaps your grief is showing up as anger, confusion, resentment, or sorrow. Perhaps it is raw, perhaps hard to find. However your grief is or is not showing up, you are welcome here. 

At this gathering you will have the opportunity to share and witness all that is weighing heavily, without judgment or advice. You will also have the opportunity to have your grief share reflected and to reflect others, allowing for another layer of feeling seen and held in your grief.

Ruthie Crawford, of Alive With Clarity, will facilitate this virtual gathering.
