What
Join Judith Kenen for Community Acupuncture, where auricular acupuncture, points located in the ears, are used to help regulate the nervous system. These points can be very effective for trauma, grief, stress and insomnia and have been used to help folks in recovery as well as with veterans with PTSD. 2-3 points will be used in each ear. Judith will lead the group in a brief meditation and then allow the group to sit together quietly for 20-30 minutes with the needles in.
About the facilitator:
Judith Kenen has been practicing acupuncture and herbalism for 20 years. Her practice is located at Intown Acupuncture in Oakhurst. She is a graduate of the Academy of Five Element Acupuncture in Florida and is licensed in the State of Georgia. Judith is currently studying Chi for Two®, an embodied movement practice that complements her work by helping clients move and release blocked energy."
