Everything is vibration! Our thoughts, our feelings, our bodies, the world around us; all of it is vibrating.
Sometimes it feels good to sort the vibrations into words; to name the things we experience and organize them. And sometimes it is good to leave the vibrations nameless, allowing ourselves to feel without the need for explanation or description.
During our time together we'll have the chance to experience both.
We'll start with a guided sensory meditation - to feel the ways light, movement, smell and sound affect our internal vibrations. Then Hannah will lead a tonal vibrational healing session with the cello, which will last between 20 and 25 minutes. After the session, we'll have a…
