In this workshop, led by Sandra Hunter, participants will learn to externalize their grief through any form of art or craft they choose: writing, knitting, drawing, 3D modeling, and more.


Beginning with a reflective prompt, participants will have dedicated time to explore their feelings through their chosen medium. The session will conclude with a gentle exchange, where each person shares their piece with a partner who will reflect on how it makes them feel—without critique or interpretation. This generous, expressive space invites connection and healing through creative expression.


After creative expression, participants are invited to stay for a 30-minute “Community in Grief” session. During this time we'll reserve the upstairs rooms for silent processing and offer the living room space for verbal reflection on your experience. This will be a non-judgmental space, offering dignity, respect, and companionship to those seeking comfort and understanding in the presence of others. Facilitators will…
