Who
What
Ancestral grief, also known as intergenerational grief, refers to the trauma and loss passed down through family systems and communities. Here we open space to witness the grief we carry in our bodies from sorrow experienced by our ancestors AND explore ancestral joy by acknowledging experiences of ease, comfort, safety and fun!
This is a BIPOC-centered offering held for Black, Indigenous, and People of Color to gather in community.
There is healing power in witnessing and being witnessed.

Porter (she/her) is a Licensed Massage Therapist and Grief Worker. She offers trauma informed support through bodywork, energy work, sound therapy and intentionally curated offerings of art and rest.
