Aliveness Activation: Wild & Free is an invitation to honor and shake off the heaviness, loosen your grip on “having it together,” and reconnect with the vibrant, creative, fully alive parts of yourself that too often get buried beneath responsibility, performance, productivity, and survival mode.
This gathering will be playful, enlivening, embodied, and experiential — blending movement, creativity, reflection, connection, imagination, and expression in a space designed to help you laugh, feel, create, move, soften, and come alive.
