What
Losing a parent can rearrange your whole life. Whether the loss is recent or happened years ago, parent loss can change your sense of identity, family, memory, belonging, and who you are becoming.
Join Lisa Snyder, an Oregon State-Licensed Psilocybin Facilitator who lost both of her parents to cancer in her twenties, for a gentle creative grief gathering for adults who have lost a mother, father, parent, or parent figure.
Through conversation, reflection, simple writing prompts, memory, and creative exploration, we’ll make space for the love, grief, confusion, tenderness, anger, gratitude, and unfinished things that can live inside parent loss.
This is not a formal therapy group, and you do not need to consider yourself “creative” to attend. Creativity here simply means having another way to be with grief beyond trying to explain it perfectly.
You are welcome to share, listen, write, reflect, cry, laugh, remember, or simply be present.…
