Because grief and rage often dance together.
And because we've been taught to actively suppress our anger and it's harming us (hi autoimmune disease, chronic fatigue, negative self talk, random collection of body ailments).
RAGEher is a first step to feel the anger coursing through our bodies so we can express and harness it to lead more satisfying lives. This is what it looks like to use our rage on purpose, towards purpose.
